1. Most of the activities will be conducted outdoors, mainly on the beach, please note the weather is usually very hot.

2. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a participating parent or legal guardian. Those between age 12 and 18 should be accompanied by a participating parent or legal guardian. If not, a written parental consent is required. 

3. Fee includes travel insurance (NT$2 million liability), with an additional NT$200,000 medical insurance, motorbike rental, snorkeling equipment rental, lecturer fee, interpreter fee, meals, accommodation and expenses related to the program (as indicated in the itinerary http://higuinfo.pixnet.net/blog/post/36789818). 

4. Motorbikes are the most common mode of transportation on Wangan, if you do not have a motorbike license or have any problems riding a motorbike, please let us know.

5. Registration fee does not include transportation from Taiwan to Penghu. Be sure to book your flight or ferry on your own. For information regarding transportation from Taiwan to Penghu, see http://higuinfo.pixnet.net/blog/category/643398

6. The camp is held during the peak tourist season,please book your flight/ferry between Taiwan and Penghu as early as possible. When you book your flight/ferry, please make sure that your arrival time is before 07:00 on June 15^th, and departure time is after 16:30 on June 18^th.

7. The rooms can accommodate 2, 3 or 5 pax, room assignments will be made according to sex and age. If you have a roommate request, please inform us during registration.

8. Cancellation and refund policy:

(1)   For cancellation received more than 14 days prior to the camp, 70% of registration fee will be refunded.

(2)   For cancellation received between 1 and 13 days prior to the camp, 50% of registration fee will be refunded.

(3)   No refund will be given after the camp start date.

(4)   If the camp is rescheduled due to typhoon or other natural hazards, resulting in the cancellation of participants, full refund will be issued. Reschedule of the camp will be notified as soon as possible.

(5)   The camp may be cancelled or rescheduled due to low enrollment, if this results in cancellation of participants, full refund will be issued.
