Transportation between Wangan and Magong relies highly on ferries, including public and private shuttle ferries and charter boats. Both the public shuttle ferry, South Sea Star, and the privately-operated shuttle ferry, Guangjhen, runs daily between Magong and Wangan.

Departure time: Magong → Wangan 9:10-10:00 am, Wangan → Cimei 10:30-11:15 am

                       Cimei → Wangan- 1:30-2:15 pm, Wangan → Magong 2:30-3:20 pm

Price: Magong ←→ Wangan - NT.275 (one way), Cimei ←→ Wangan- NT.170 (one way)

Note: No advance booking. It is advised to arrive at the South Sea Star ticket booth an hour prior to departure, and be sure to bring personal identification documents.

Departure time: Magong → Wangan (via Jiang ciang ao) 2:30-3:50 pm

                        Wangan → Magong (via Jiang ciang ao) 7:00-8:00 am

Price: Magong ←→ Wangan - NT.250 (one way)

Note: No advance booking. Tickets are may be purchased at the Guanjhen ticket booth inside the South Sea Visitor Center or on the ferry.
